Something great has been brewing in Delaware. As a part of enhancing the Delaware Beer, Wine & Spirits Trail this spring, the state tourism office created Delaware on Tap, a new platform for showcasing the craft beverage industry online and in-person.

DE on Tap FacebookDelaware on Tap's online media campaigns launched in May on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. This industry-specific initiative is offering enhanced ways for travelers to discover locations and events. To reach more potential travelers, please submit your brewery, winery or distillery's events to Visit Delaware. Your business can also become part of the conversation with travelers about craft beverages in Delaware by using the hashtag #DEonTap.

The newly-opened Constitution Yards Beer Garden along the Wilmington riverfront also serves to highlight growth in the state’s craft beverage industry. Delaware’s first beer garden draws people in not just from Delaware but also from surrounding areas. This new attraction is another an opportunity to show craft beer enthusiasts the flavorful adventure that awaits in Delaware. At the Constitution Yards Beer Garden, travelers can now relax under "Delaware on Tap" themed umbrellas! BWST Rack Card

Beer, wine and spirits events are growing and gaining more popularity all the time in Delaware. Dogfish Head’s Analog-A-Go-Go now calls Bellevue State Park in northern Delaware home. The new location encourages attendees to come down I-95 from out of state for this unforgettable festival. Also in northern Delaware, America on Tap - Wilmington had a strong second year along the Christina River. And in central Delaware, the Delaware Wine & Beer Festival continues to grow in its new location in Harrington. Delaware on Tap has a presence at these events to hand out promotional materials while talking with potential trail-takers about the fun and prizes that await them on the Beer, Wine & Spirits Trail.

Delaware on Tap is also the name of an upcoming smartphone application. It will serve as a guide and passport for the Beer, Wine & Spirits Trail. It will feature information on all the trail locations, the ability to check in at each site, tools for sharing experiences on social media and much more. Stay tuned for that in the near future.
