Bookings are already coming in for the 108-room Hyatt Place, located at Lighthouse Cove block, formerly known as Ruddertowne. The $18 million hotel/condo complex features rooms that overlook a saltwater pool, a 24-hour fitness room, complimentary hotel-wide Wi-Fi; and such dining options as a complimentary a.m. Kitchen Skillet served daily, 24-hour made-to-order menu items and pre-packaged snacks; an Intimate Bakery Café serving Starbucks coffees & teas, premium beers, wines & cocktails; and a Grab 'n Go case filled with sandwiches & greens.
