Delaware’s nationally beloved Dogfish Head craft beer brewery is pursuing an ambitious growth plan, giving travelers even more options for exploring their favorite brews. A multi-million-dollar expansion of the brewery in Milton is adding capacity and more elbow room for tours; while founder Sam Calagione has launched a new line of Dogfish Head food, including beer-infused pickles, soups and more. Soon, the “Off Centered” brewmasters will be opening a hotel in Rehoboth Beach so that fans can stay in a prime resort location while they stay and play, perhaps embellishing their adventures with a tour of the Delaware Wine & Ale Trail.
