World Championship Punkin Chunkin

Voted a Top 100 Event in North America for 2012 by the American Bus Association! A thrilling pumpkin hurling event and outdoor celebration including vendors, artisans and crafts, unique fare, live entertainment, a pageant, and cooking contests.  Held in Bridgeville drawing over 100,000 people, the Punkin Chunkin Championship has been featured on the Discovery Channel. Nikon Small World exhibit at the Delaware Museum of Natural History

The Delaware Museum of Natural History will be the first stop for a national tour of winning photographs from the 2011 Nikon Small World Photomicrography Competition. The exhibit features 20 images of unusual, magnified subjects including a blade of grass, florescence in a liverwort plant, and the surface of a microchip.
