The Wilmington & Western Railroad's Hockessin Art Festival hosts over 25 artists displaying and selling limited edition prints, original watercolors, oils, acrylics, pastels, sculptures, fine jewelry and mosaics. 30% of all art sales go directly to the operation of the Wilmington & Western.

City of Wilmington Black Film Festival

The City of Wilmington will host its Wilmington Black Film Festival from February 26 – 28, 2016.  The film festival is a three-day celebration of cinema inspired by the African American experience. The festival will be held in Delaware’s only independent film theater, Theatre N, and offers a menu of engaging programming including short and feature-length films, networking events, panels, workshops and artist talks.

Join tours led by historical interpreters in period dress and discover Dover's history and heritage. Tours begin at the John Bell House on The Green every hour and last approximately 45 minutes.

Trap Pond Pontoon Boat Tour

83rd Wilmington International Exhibition of Photography

The 83rd Wilmington International Exhibition of Photography (WIEP) is a juried exhibition presented by the Delaware Photographic Society and recognized by the Photographic Society of America. Images are submitted by photographers worldwide and 300 of the best prints will be on display at Arsht Hall, on the University of Delaware's Wilmington Campus. The exhibition is closed on Saturday.
