The sale begins Friday, May 20th and ends on Sunday, May 22nd, running from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily (store hours may vary).It is a weekend for deals and fabulous finds! Shopping in downtown Rehoboth Beach, Dewey Beach, and Route One has never offered more merchandise at bargain prices!

Tour the Auburn Heights Mansion and the Marshall Steam Museum. The mansion is the former home of the Marshall family who furnished it with the antiques you will find there today. The tour includes the two main floors of the mansion. Please note that there are steps to get into the mansion and one flight of stairs during the tour. The Marshall Steam Museum houses the world’s largest collection of operating steam cars. Each tour lasts approximately 45 minutes.

The OperaDelaware Festival will bring the East Coast Premiere of Franco Faccio's Hamlet and the OperaDelaware Premiere of Verdi's beloved Falstaff to the Grand Opera House in Wilmington, Delaware. From May 14 - 22, 2016, be the first to see Hamlet as a full-blown opera production on the East Coast. Revel in the delightful comic operas of Falstaff and enjoy actors from The Delaware Shakespeare Festival and soloists from OperaDelaware as they perform Shakespeare in Song. All festival performances take place at The Grand Opera House, except Shakespeare in Song which is performed at the OperaDelaware studio.

7th Annual Peace, Love and Horseshoe Crabs Festival

This annual event brings together children, families, community members and nature center visitors in celebration of the Mispillion Harbor and it's importance as a habitat for horseshoe crabs and migratory shorebirds. There is music, food and fun to be had by all!

A Day in Old New Castle is in its 91st year! It is the longest-running garden tour in the U.S. House tours are back, with 18 homes participating, more than in many years, including six that have not been on the tour in recent memory. Step back in time to see elegant automobiles of the country-estate era. Enjoy a series of displays of magnificent historic automobiles on select Saturdays in May. Each Saturday will feature a different thematic display and associated lecture. From 1916 to 1969, hundreds of guests came to Winterthur for glittering social occasions hosted by Henry Francis and Ruth Wales du Pont. During the heyday of Winterthur as a du Pont family home, guests arrived in a wide variety of automobiles that reflected the latest in design and fashion. To honor this tradition, Winterthur will have on view grand vehicles from the 1910s through the 1950s each Saturday in May 2016 for you to enjoy!
