The Delaware Tourism Office will launch a photo contest on October 1, 2011, that is open to all amateur and professional photographers. The theme of the photo contest is “Delaware -- A State for all Seasons.” Entries pertaining to seasonal categories (Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter) will be accepted from October 1, 2011, to February 17, 2012. more
