Bethany Beach
Take a walk on the mile-long boardwalk or watch the sunset over the bay. Enjoy a stroll in the sand, or visit historic points such as the Fenwick Lighthouse. Fish, sail, bike, or just relax on the beach. Located within three hours of metropolitan areas.
Cape May-Lewes Ferry
Operates between historic Lewes and Victorian Cape May, NJ. The crossing is 17 miles and takes approximately 80 minutes. Foot passengers or vehicles are welcome. During the season, shuttles take walk-on passengers to local destinations. Reservations for vehicles can be made toll-free or online.
First State Ballet Theatre
Professional-quality dance provided for audiences throughout the state. Headquartered at the Grand Opera House.
Coastal Kayak & Sailing
Guided kayak eco-tours, kayak rentals, instruction and sailboat rentals. All courses and tours led by American Canoe Association and/or British Canoe Union certified guides and instructors. Tour and rental locations convenient to all Delaware beaches.
Delaware Agricultural Museum & Village
Explore Delaware's rural past and present through exhibits, events and programs. 'Loockerman Landing' re-creates a 19th century rural village. Events celebrate the rural culture of Delmarva with demonstrations, music and games. Changing exhibits explore changing technologies and the connection between the land and its people.
