Wilmington's Own "Little Italy"
A historic urban neighborhood featuring several fine dining establishments, noted for their authentic flavors, award-winning subs and pizza parlors, floral design studios, photography, butcher, bakeries and a host of other retail shops.
Legislative Hall
Home to Delaware's General Assembly, filled with paintings and portraits of former governors and Delaware's heroes of World War II. Visitors may observe senators and representatives in action when the legislature is in session.
Fort Delaware State Park
Civil War era fortress and prison to more than 30,000 Confederate, Federal and political prisoners. Features living history programming with highly interactive interpreters in period attire. Daily demonstrations of our eight-inch Columbiad cannon, Civil War cooking, prisoners and civilian life on the island.
Abbott's Mill Nature Center
Short, easy trails through woodlands and meadows. Located across from the public access Abbott's Pond. Operated by the Delaware Nature Society.
Viking Golf Theme Park
18 holes of challenging miniature golf where Vikings battle the two-headed dragon in mythological Scandinavia while trolls lurk in your midst. Adjacent is a go-kart slide track with single and two-seat models all framed by the Fenwick Boardwalk, which serves funnel cakes, pizza, burgers, fries and other classic Boardwalk favorites.
