Delaware's only zoo, the Brandywine Zoo sits in scenic Brandywine Park in Wilmington, Delaware. As an accredited member of the American Association of Zoos and Aquariums, this small zoo packs a lot of punch into only 12 acres. Featuring over 100 animals, including endangered species such as an Amur tiger, Andean condors, red pandas and more, the Brandywine Zoo works to educate the public, connect people with animals, and strengthening global conservation.

The Brandywine Zoo offers programs for families with children, schools looking for tours or that want to be visited by our Traveling Zoo, and lots of special events. Check out our website for upcoming events, family programs, directions, admission rates and other learning opportunities in the zoo!
