Gates open at 6:15pm and you are encouraged to bring picnic baskets, blankets and low-backed chairs for general admission lawn seating. There will be pre-show music and two actors from the production will offer insight to the play. The main event "A Midsummer Night's Dream" will begin at 7:30pm. More

This fun program answers the question, "What edible plants are growing in the sandy soil of coastal Delaware?" Coastle plants can provide food for more than just the animals. The program goes beyond simple plant identification to explore the natural wonders of wild edible plants. Pre-registration is not required. More

The image of the eagle has been an important icon in the history of the du Pont family. The du Pont family came to America on the ship “American Eagle," the DuPont Company's first product was Eagle Gun Powder, and decorative arts collected by Mrs. Louise du Pont Crowninshield were adorned with eagles, a common symbolic element in Federal-style furnishings.
