Delaware Shakespeare Festival

Gates open at 6:15pm and you are encouraged to bring picnic baskets, blankets and low-backed chairs for general admission lawn seating. Edible Plants of the Seashore

This fun program answers the question, "What edible plants are growing in the sandy soil of coastal Delaware?" Coastle plants can provide food for more than just the animals. P.O.W. Weekend

Step back into 1864 on this special weekend featuring visiting living history and reenactment groups. Park interpreters and volunteers combine to portray people who lived, worked, or were imprisoned at Fort Delaware. Special programs all day including a firing of the massive 8-inch Columbiad cannon.
