Thirty years after first frequenting the Back Porch Café as an aspiring artist, Pamella Bounds-Seemans will exhibit new paintings at the Rehoboth Beach restaurant from Friday, July 20 to Aug. 15. Bounds-Seemans, born and raised in Milton, is known for her acrylic paintings surrounded by a collage border and hand-painted frame.
