New Delaware Discoveries Trail artwork unveiled in Wilmington
Dover, DE (January 19, 2021) – Offering interactive outdoor art, never-before-seen and exclusive to the state, the Delaware Discoveries Trail is adding its 10th and newest mural to the Chase Center in Riverfront Wilmington. The art focused trail was launched in September 2020 by Delaware’s Tourism Office with the goal to create Insta-worthy moments with interactive street art painted by local Delaware artists to highlight and bring attention to the great destinations found throughout the state.
With the freshly painted 10th Discoveries Trail location, the immersive art adds brightness to an already vibrant scene at Riverfront Wilmington, joining the colorful Delaware Children’s Museum’s mural. Designed and painted by Terrance Vann, another artist who hails from the state, the artwork is a celebration of recent historic moments, with Delaware-centric balloons adorning the recently nationally spotlighted Chase Center, the location of President-Elect Joe Biden’s acceptance speech in November.

And with the hopes of adding more murals to the trail in the future, the newest vibrant addition is just the beginning of exploring safely in Delaware.
