  • Espresso Nut Martini :

    Dogfish Head Craft Brewery
    Ingredients
    2 oz. Roasted Peanut Vodka
    3 oz. Dark Roast Coffee (chilled)
    1.5 oz. Chocolate Syrup

    Directions
    Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker with ice & shake hard for 10 seconds. Strain into chilled martini glass, or over ice into a rocks glass.

  • Diamond State Bourbon Milk Punch :

    Painted Stave Distilling
    Ingredients
    2 oz. Diamond State Bourbon
    1 oz. Simple Syrup
    1 oz. Heavy Cream
    1/4 oz. Vanilla Extract

    Directions
    1. Add all of the ingredients to a shaker with ice.
    2. Strain over a King Cube (jumbo ice cube) & garnish with grated nutmeg.

  • Black Russian :

    Beach Time Distilling
    Ingredients
    Put 4 ice cubes into a double old fashioned glass
    Add 1/2 to 3/4 ounce simple syrup
    Add 3/4 ounce Beach Java coffee infused rum
    Add 3/4 ounce Beachski Vodka

    Directions
    Stir well

  • “Delaware” Eggnog :

    Ingredients
    Lewes Dairy Eggnog
    2 oz. Beach Time Distilling Beach Gold Rum
    Directions
    Mix eggnog and rum together, top with nutmeg.

  • Chocolate Martini with Local Spirits :

    Ingredients
     1 tbsp. chocolate syrup
    2 oz. Baileys
    2 oz. chocolate liqueur
    2 oz. of Vodka from Painted Stave Distilling, Dogfish Head, or Beach Time Distilling.
