The world’s most well known holiday story gets a completely new sound – along with a different title – this year at Clear Space! This musical incarnation of the Charles Dickens classic debuted off-Broadway in 1992 and has subsequently played in theatres across the country. Bring the whole family to the theatre this holiday season for a new musical tradition!

Christmas by Candlelight at New Candlelight Theatre

Recurring every weekend until December 23rd

This holiday Season, New Candlelight Theatre will present Christmas by Candlelight, a musical revue that will warm the hearts of theatre-goers of all ages.

Decorating Delmarva (Delaware International Speedway and U.S. 13 Dragway in Delmar, Delaware)

Recurring every Thursday – Sunday until December 23rd

6:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.

Take a 2 mile drive through an animated tour of the North Pole, including holiday lights and community built displays. The tour will conclude in an area recognized as Santa’s Village. In Santa’s Village there will be nightly festival events in an activity area for children of all ages. The events will include Mr. & Mrs. Claus, holiday music, fire pits and nightly entertainment.

Hawk Watch

Discover birding in Delaware during Hawk Watch, a program during which birders count hawks at almost 200 sites across North America. Two events are held in Delaware; one at Ashland Nature Center and another at Cape Henlopen State Park. See how many you can count during this, the fall migration on the Atlantic flyway.

Yuletide at Winterthur: A Feast for the Eyes

Christmas in Odessa is a self-guided walking tour of private homes and public buildings, many dating from the 18th and 19th centuries, decorated for the holidays. In addition to the house tour, we have many special events which are included in the ticket price.

This self-guided tour shows off its historic houses in Lewes decorated for the season. In addition, several private homes are selected each year to bring even more Yuletide cheer to our quaint town on the bay.

Seaford Christmas Parade

Caroling begins at 6:00 p.m.; Parade begins at 7:00 p.m.
Bring a chair or a blanket (or both!) for a cheery, enchanting evening. This year's theme is a Nutcracker Christmas. Parade route begins at Nylon Blvd and Pennsylvania Avenue, marches east up High Street past the Judge’s stand at Mt.
