Beach Time Distilling
Beach Time is located in Lewes, Delaware where they are known for their tropical drinks in the summer! Stop by in the winter season to pick up a to-go bottle of their “Saffron Gin” to make holiday cocktails!
1.5 oz Saffron Gin
.75 oz Saint Germaine Elderflower Liqueur
1 lemon slice
Over ice, combine Saffron Gin and Saint Germaine. Top with Seltzer Water and stir. Squeeze lemon slice and stir again if desired. Drop in lemon slices as a garnish.
Dogfish Head Distillery
Dogfish Head Distillery is in Milton, Delaware you can stop by the Milton location to pick up a bottle Compelling Gin & Cider to-go along with shopping for holiday gifts in their on-site store!
“Compelling Gin & Cider”
2 oz. Compelling Gin
4 oz. Fresh Apple Cider
Fill collins glass with ice, pour gin & cider. Stir & garnish with apple slice & cinnamon.
To make a pitcher of cocktails for 4 drinks. Add 1 pint (16oz) of Cider with 1/2 pint (8oz) of Compelling Gin. Stir & garnish with apple slices & cinnamon.
Painted Stave Distilling
Painted Stave is in Smyrna, Delaware distilling premium spirits in small batches. Painted Stave “Silver Screen Vodka” is the perfect spirit to make a holiday martini!
2 oz Silver Screen vodka
1/2 oz. Elderflower Liqueur
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
1 ½ oz Cranberry Juice
Add ice into a cocktail shaker then add the vodka, elderflower, simple syrup and cranberry juice. Shake well until chilled. Strain into martini glass and then garnish by adding cranberries and mint!

6 oz .Cava
2 oz. of grapefruit juice
In a cold glass mix the beer, gava and juice and stir to like and then enjoy!
