Beach Time Distilling
Beach Time is located in Lewes, Delaware are they are known for their tropical drinks in the summer! Stop by in the winter season to taste two of their winter cocktails!

“Tsunami”
Ingredients:

  • Beach Time Distilling Beach Plum Rum
  • Ginger ale
  • A squeeze of lime

Method:
Muddle 1/8 lime
1.5 Beach Plum Rum
Fill glass with ice
Add ginger ale & stir

“Saint Saffron”
Ingredients:

  • Beach Time Distilling Saffron Gin,
  • Saint Germain
  • Seltzer water
  • Lemon wedge

Method:
1.5 oz Saffron Gin
.75 oz Saint Germaine Elderflower Liqueur
1 lemon slice
Seltzer Water 
Over ice, combine Saffron Gin and Saint Germaine.
Top with Seltzer Water and stir.
Squeeze lemon slice, and stir again if desired.
Drop in lemon slice as a garnish.

“Compelling Gin & Cider”
Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Compelling Gin
  • 4 oz. Fresh Apple Cider

Method:
Fill collins glass with ice, pour gin & cider. Stir & garnish with apple slice & cinnamon.
To make a pitcher of cocktails for 4 drinks. Add 1 pint (16oz) of Cider with 1/2 pint (8oz) of Compelling Gin. Stir & garnish with apple slices & cinnamon.

“Barrel Honey Hot Toddy”

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Barrel Honey Rum
  • 3 oz Tea
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • Cinnamon stick (optional)

Method:
Add Barrel Honey Rum and fresh lemon juice to hot tea. Stir in a tablespoon of honey until dissolved. Add a cinnamon stick and enjoy.

"Silver Screen White Russian"
Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz. Silver Screen Vodka
  • 1/2 oz. Coffee Liqueur
  • 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
  • Light Cream

Method:
Add all of the ingredients (except the light cream) to a rocks glass without ice. Add ice, and then top with light cream.  Garnish with chocolate shavings & enjoy!
