From the dazzling gold of Queen Elizabeth’s coronation robe to the simple sophistication of Princess Margaret’s wedding dress, from the majesty of royal crowns and tiaras to the comfort of clothes worn in private family moments, Costuming THE CROWN will feature 40 iconic costumes from the beloved Emmy® award-winning Netflix series, a dramatized history of the reign of Queen Elizabeth II.

2019 Mezzanine Gallery Exhibitions

The Mezzanine Gallery presents solo exhibitions of work by Delaware artists in disciplines including painting, photography, sculpture, crafts, folk, and media arts. This opportunity is available to Delaware’s emerging and established visual artists who have won Individual Artist Fellowships, or have been chosen by the Division’s annual Gallery Panel. Join us for the free artist opening reception held the first Friday of the month from 5-7 p.m..

Harvest Ridge Annual Food Truck Competition

Join us for one of the region's largest food truck competitions. 20 of the most talented and popular trucks in the area will be duking it out over two days to vie for YOUR votes! In addition to wine, cider, and some of the best food around, there will also be live music and a Kid Zone – making this a fun activity for the whole family! A portion of proceeds benefits local veterans through the Disabled American Veterans organization and the Hero-Hunts Foundation .

Tour of the Refuge

Join Volunteer Ray Cullom for a tour of the Bombay Hook National Wildlife Refuge. Find out how the Refuge is managed for wildlife, visit different habitats, and walk a trail. Meet at the Visitor Center.

Easter Bunny Tea

Join the Easter Bunny and friends for an Easter Tea that is great for all ages. This interactive tea party includes light refreshments and heavy fun served table side. Characters sing, dance and tell stories all while engaging the entire audience. A meet and greet with the Easter Bunny will allow participants to snap a photo next to their favorite characters. Included: Hot and cold tea or water, goldfish, cookies, cheese balls and more will be on the menu.
