A Royal Affair: Music and Fashion of the British Monarchy

The Choir School of Delaware and Winterthur Museum, Garden & Library join forces for an evening of music, history, and legendary fashion. Choral works will follow a lecture from English composer Philip Stopford on the relationship between music and the crown. He will also discuss growing up as a chorister in the Westminster Abbey Choir School - a model upon which The Choir School of Delaware is based.

Tales of Slavery and Freedom Walking Tour

As a border state, Delaware held a complicated position regarding slavery. Tours led by historical interpreters in period dress begin at the John Bell House on The Green every hour and last approximately 45 minutes.
