Lantern Tour of the Old Christ Church Cemetery 
October 8th  
Stories and spirits await on a lantern-lit adventure! Join the First State Heritage Park as they tour through the Old Christ Church Cemetery in Downtown Dover. You’ll learn about local history and haunts as we approach Halloween season! 

Hayride Express at Wilmington & Western Railroad 
October 8th  
Enjoy an evening hayride through the Red Clay Valley with Wilmington & Western Railroad. This trip will be powered by an antique locomotive, uniquely converted for hayrides during the autumn season. 
2021 Apple Scrapple Festival 
October 8th & 9th  
Since 2002, the Town of Bridgeville has hosted the incomparable Apple Scrapple Festival, and this year is no different! Enjoy Delaware delicacies such as apple dumplings and scrapple sandwiches, as well as carnival rides, kids games, live entertainment, two craft shows, and more. 

Morning Dew Music Festival  
October 8th-10th  
Dew Point Brewing Company annually pays homage to the Grateful Dead with an incredible music festival featuring local artists, as well as retail vendors, food trucks, and (of course) craft beer! 

Pontoon Tour of Trap Pond State Park

Immerse yourself in the sights and sounds of one of Delaware’s hidden gems, Trap Pond State Park, on a one hour-long Pontoon Boat ride. Flora and fauna alike will greet you as you ride around Trap Pond, joined by other outdoor adventure enthusiasts. 

October 9th  
Celebrate small businesses, craft beverages, and community connection in Downtown Dover for OktDoverFest! Loockerman Street will be closed off to cars as attendees roam the streets, sampling refreshing beer, delicious food trucks, and more. 

Lower Case Blues at Bethany Beach Bandstand

Dance along to blues music by the beach at the Bethany Beach Bandstand! Lower Case Blues will bring the tunes and good vibes to the boardwalk on Saturday. Be sure to grab your Fishers Popcorn, or donuts from 3bb Cafe and enjoy the show!
