Under the experiences page, you will find a map that lays out all of the locations as well as nearby places to stay, eat, and explore. Click on the artwork location of your choice to browse top nearby experiences. For additional travel ideas, go to www.visitdelaware.com.

What costs are involved in completing this trail? :

It doesn’t cost anything to use the trail map and submit photos. Some of the locations may require a fee upon entry such as; state parks or a historical museum.

The prize you will receive after completing the trail is completely free, it is our gift to you for your discoveries!

Here are some locations that may require a fee:

Hagley Museum and Library admission
Bombay Hook - If you choose to hike or drive through the refuge
Big Chill Beach Club - park entrance fee

What is the prize? :

After visiting four of the nine locations and submitting the photos to our website, you'll earn a chance to receive a limited-edition prize. The prize is a DIY paint pour kits designed specifically for the trail by the Developing Artist Collaboration group, Dirty Hands. After being inspired on the trail, this fun and simple at home art kit lets you pour paint to make your own piece of art. And don’t worry – paint pour kits are fast and fun, no skill required.

How long does it take to receive the prize? :

Expect to receive your gift via mail in approximately 10-14 days. Please note we cannot mail to a P.O. box.

Is professional photography allowed? :

Yes, this is an Insta worthy trail! We encourage you to take pictures and share them using #DelawareDiscoveries. Plus, remember to submit four photos on our website to earn a chance for a limited-edition prize.

Is there a time limit to taking the trail? :

You can take as long as you’d like. But, the prize has a limited quantity. Travelers must visit at least four of the nine locations and submit photos for the prize. With all of the incredible places to visit in the area, it makes for a great weekend getaway.
