  • Traveling to Delaware :

    The Firefly Music Festival is located within driving distance to major metropolitan areas and airports on the East Coast, including Philadelphia, Baltimore, Washington D.C. and New York City. Travelers can take advantage of Amtrak service to Wilmington, Delaware as well as SEPTA and Greyhound bus line service. If you're traveling from or around south Jersey try the Cape May-Lewes Ferry as a foot or vehicle passenger.

  • Traffic Tips :

    Real time traffic conditions and travel times will be available on DelDOT’s free app, by tuning in to WTMC 1380 AM, or on DelDOT’s Twitter and Facebook. If you're traveling on Saturday or Sunday, please be aware that mid mornings and early afternoons are peak traffic times due to beach vacation rental check ins.

  • Travel Tips :

    Firefly Music Festival fans should plan on arriving early and staying late to beat the crowd. Depending on the length of your drive, booking a hotel room may be advisable but, book early. If hotels in Dover are sold out, try searching for accommodations in the surrounding area for additional overnight options such as Milford, Smyrna, Newark, Georgetown, etc. 

  • Parking at Firefly :

    Parking at Firefly is simple but be sure to plan ahead! Parking takes place on-site at Dover International Speedway, a short walk from the festival entrance. Accessible parking is available for those with a verified ADA placard or license plate.

  • Please Note :

    Firefly will require attendees to show either proof of full vaccination status OR negative COVID-19 test result no more than 72 hours before entering festival grounds, including camping.
