Coastline Craft Kitchen
If you’re a fan of Harvest Tide in Lewes or Zoca Modern Mexican in Bethany Beach, you’re in luck. Coastline Craft Kitchen food truck is a blending of what makes both restaurants so amazing. We’re talking big beefy entrees, like their black angus burger, and tacos with all the fixings, like their barbacoa pork tacos.
Coco Mango Island Grille
Casual is not a word normally prefixed to Surf & Turf, but Coco Mango Island Grille pulls it off with their menu of tacos, burgers, and hot dogs. What’s the perfect pairing for that flavorful island style of cooking? We’d recommend a dark and rich coconut porter.

Crazy Rick’s Food Truck
Offering southern style comfort food, Crazy Rick’s Food Truck and it’s creole cooking can be found frequenting breweries in Northern Delaware. You’ll find everything fried on their menu, from crawfish hush puppies to a Texas twinkie. But whatever you do, don’t expect to find beans in their chilli, as they take a very firm stance on the matter in their menu and on social media!
The Flying Deutschman Food Truck
Don’t be alarmed if you see a pirate ship come rumbling into a brewery near you, that’s just The Flying Deutschman Food Truck. A mobile German restaurant, this food truck drops anchor to offer authentic German cuisine, like schnitzel and bratwurst. So don your lederhosen and follow your tastebuds, because X marks the spot for great food.
Sometimes you need big bold flavors to stand up to the outrageously experimental beer of a craft brewery and that’s what makes Gastro Graffiti the perfect pairing for your next De on Tap outing. With menu items like their Nashville hot chicken sandwich, short-rib grilled cheese, and jerk chicken cheesesteak, you’ll be able to stand them up against whatever the craft beverage scene is pouring next.
You might know them as the restaurant that gives you a little after meal caramel on your tray, but Grandpa Mac also has a food truck that offers the same comforting food and the from scratch-made noodles you’ve come to love. Nothing pairs perfectly than a flight of delicious craft beers than a big ol’ bowl of buff chix mac, and maybe some churros.
The Juke Box
Playing off of Blue Earl Brewing Company’s music inspired craft beer offerings, The Juke Box is a genre blending cross between a food cart and a full blown recipe. With an expansive menu that would make the longest concert setlist pale in comparison, The Juke Box is all about feeding your soul. And feed your soul it does, with everything from their house-made meatballs to their sammiches made with pit beef that’s made in their onsite smoker.

SmashMouth Burgers is known for one thing, and if you couldn’t guess by their appropriately named food truck, it’s smash burgers. What is a smash burger? For the unanointed, it’s a thin patty that when cooked on a griddle becomes deliciously crispy on the edges and full of flavor. And SmashMouth Burgers delivers on that full flavor promise with all of the fixings and more.

Cocktails and tacos collide in Milford. With Taco Jardin, The Painted Stave Distillery’s recently introduced semi-permanent food truck, it’s easy to order up a cocktail and spend the afternoon sampling one of everything from their menu. And to match the Painted Stave’s ever rotating seasonally inspired cocktail menu, Taco Jardin is quick to coordinate their trucks menu to reflect and compliment their offerings.

The Wandering Chef Catering Cart
Scratch-made food made from fresh ingredients pulled from local markets makes for The Wandering Chef Catering Cart’s ever changing and evolving menu. But if we had to pick just one item off the menu to pair alongside a delicious craft beer, we’d pick the dumplings.
