Though it started as a traveling pizza oven – a red Ford F250 seen at farmer’s markets and private parties – The Wood Fired Pizza Shop now has a permanent home. The restaurant makes its dough from scratch, has lots of house-made toppings and works with local farms to get the freshest available produce for others.
