Parking: There are 8 day-use parking areas in White Clay Creek State Park.
3,600-acre state park is largely undeveloped except for trails. White Clay Creek runs for 4 miles through Delaware. Most trails are multi-use (bikes, pedestrian). Day-use trail head parking available.
Hours of Operation: Park Office: 8 a.m.-4p.m. Mon.-Fri., March 15-Dec. 15.
Seasonal Hours: 9 a.m.- 3 p.m. Mon.-Fri. from Dec. 15-March 15.
Best Time to Visit: Fall, Winter, Spring
Best Known For: Trails (hiking and mountain biking). Birding (spring migration of songbirds). Fishing (stocked trout in spring). Disc golf at Carpenter Recreation Area.
Special Instructions: Park open 7 days/week, 12 months/year. Park entrance fee in effect March 1-Nov. 30. State hunting and fishing licenses required for those activities.
