Woodland Ferry

The Woodland Ferry near Seaford, Delaware was established in 1793 and the cable-run ferry crosses the Nanticoke River west of Seaford to Bethel, Delaware. The Woodland Ferry can carry 3 to 4 cars as well as pedestrians and cyclists. The ferry's operating hours are 7 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday through Friday, with an hour closure from 11 a.m.-noon. The ferry is closed on weekends.
