Sambo's is open for in house dining by reservation Sambo's Tavern is a seasonal restaurant-Tavern on the Leipsic River, which was founded more than 50 years ago by Samuel “Sambo” Burrows. Travelers from all over the country flock to Sambo's Tavern for it's delicous seafood. It has the reputation of having the best steamed crabs and crab cakes in the region.
