Wildlife Viewing - Passes and Licenses

The state’s unique location and coastline give visitors the opportunity to enjoy wildlife viewing year-round. Some areas may have restricted access during certain hunting seasons. Most of the locations will require daily passes or entry fees but may offer free-guided weekly tours of their park, wildlife area or refuge.

The Delaware Division of Fish and Wildlife manages thousands of acres of land and can assist travelers in obtaining information wildlife areas to assist in planning your travel to Delaware. Resources include projected hunting seasons, hunting licenses and other game-related information.
