Delaware’s coastal expanses and still-wooded rolling hills present year-round opportunities for seeing nature and wildlife in their raw beauty, from the world-class migratory bird sanctuaries along the Delaware River to the wind-swept dunes of Cape Henlopen State Park. Many sites feature special-built observation areas; others make it easy to view nature from the comfort of your car.

Some may require reservations or have special hours so please review location information before visiting.
