Fenwick Island Beach Regulations
During COVID-19 the following beach regulations are in place.
- On May 22, 2020 at 5 p.m. the beach in Fenwick Island will open for swimming, exercising and sunbathing with social distancing practices for Delawareans and for those from out-of-state who have quarantined 14 days. The out-of-state quarantine will be lifted on June 1, 2020.
- Face coverings are encouraged on the beach.
- Effective Friday, May 22 at 5 p.m., walk-on surf fishing will be allowed to resume for Delawareans and for those from out-of-state who have quarantined 14 days.
- Dogs (or other animals) are not permitted on the beach May 1 through September 30.
