Delaware Beaches Transportation Tips

Getting around at the Delaware beaches doesn’t have to be tricky – in fact, you don’t even need a car in many cases.  Here are some transportation tips for traveling to the Delaware beaches:

Lewes Transit Center

Traveling to the Delaware Beaches : Take the Beach Connection bus (Route 305) that runs from Wilmington and cities in between to Rehoboth Beach. Note that seating is limited, with no reserved seating.

Traveling around the Delaware Beaches : Shop in comfort when you park your car at the Lewes Transit Center Park & Ride or Rehoboth Park & Ride to ride to the outlets, the boardwalk and beaches.

When you’re heading out for fun consider taking an Uber or the beach area’s Jolly Trolley. The Jolly Trolley is a local legend for fun, open-air trips between Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach.
