Autumn Arch took a small blend of the specialty malts in this classic brown ale and smoked them with hickory wood before mashing in. The four classic pumpkin spices were lovingly added during the boil resulting in the entire brewery smelling like fall in the middle of a humid August afternoon. As always, no actual pumpkins made their way into this beer.
