Hot Apple Pie

  • Spiked “Delaware” Eggnog :

    Dogfish Head Distilling Co
    Ingredients
    6 oz. Lewes Dairy Eggnog
    2 oz. Maple Spiced Rum
    1 oz. Straight Whiskey

    Directions
    Combine all in a glass and stir until well mixed. Garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg and a cinnamon stick. For an extra special treat, rim the glass with cinnamon sugar.

  • Diamond State Bourbon Milk Punch :

    Painted Stave Distilling
    Ingredients
    2 oz. Diamond State Bourbon
    1 oz. Simple Syrup
    1 oz. Heavy Cream
    1/4 oz. Vanilla Extract

    Directions
    1. Add all of the ingredients to a shaker with ice.
    2. Strain over a King Cube (jumbo ice cube) & garnish with grated nutmeg.

  • Black Russian :

    Beach Time Distilling
    Ingredients
    Put 4 ice cubes into a double old fashioned glass
    Add 1/2 to 3/4 ounce simple syrup
    Add 3/4 ounce Beach Java coffee infused rum
    Add 3/4 ounce Beachski Vodka

    Directions
    Stir well

  • Mulled Wine :

    Harvest Ridge Winery
    Ingredients
    1 bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon and Hive No. 47
    4 Cinnamon sticks
    2 Tbsp honey
    2 Tbsp lemon
    1 pinch of nutmeg

    Directions
    Add all ingredients to a large saucepan
    Cook over low heat. For 30 min
    Stir and serve once warm

  • Hot Apple Pie :

    Brimming horn Meadery & Dogfish Head Distilling Co
    Ingredients
    2 ounces Esprit Malade Apple Brandy
    1/4 ounce Meadowfoam Blossom mead
    3/4 ounce apple juice
    1/4 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
    1 teaspoon cinnamon-infused honey*
    Garnish: 2 dried apple slices & cinnamon stick

    Directions
    Add all ingredients into a small sauce-pot and heat just until near simmering, stirring occasionally.
    Strain into an Irish Coffee mug.
    Garnish with 2 dried apple slices and a cinnamon stick.
