The Smyrna Museum in Smyrna, Delaware consists of two historic buildings, The Plank House and The Barracks, dating back to the 1700s. Stop by the Smyrna Museum for a peak of Delaware historical architecture. The State of Delaware’s first Draft Lottery was held here in 1863 during the dark days of the Civil War.
