Built by Alfred du Pont, the 102-room Nemours is inspired by Versailles’ Petit Trianon.

Mt. Cuba Center : Mt. Cuba Center has been transformed into lush botanical gardens featuring some of the region’s most beautiful native plants. Tucked away in the wooded rolling hills of Northern Delaware, this is a hidden gem and ideal location for a relaxing afternoon picnic.
